About Me
My name is Jasper Sean, and I have a background in Psychology, Business Psychology, project management and the creative industries. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and an MA in Business Psychology, with a particular interest in motivation, behaviour, communication and sustainable ways of working. I have also received the UWE Enterprise Scholarship four times.
Alongside my studies, I have gained experience in project management, marketing, events and business operations, including working with creative organisations such as Sarah Boden Art and Trinity Community Arts.
I am now developing an online platform to help creatives start and maintain sustainable businesses through practical business guidance, psychology, workshops, mentoring and community support.
The project is currently in its pre-launch research stage. I am speaking with creatives to understand their experiences and needs, using this feedback to shape the first workshops and the wider platform.
About the Project
This business was created from a need for a creative safe space — an online environment where creatives can learn, develop, and grow without the barriers often found within creative industries. A place where people can explore their ideas without worrying about judgement, elitism, or the “what ifs” that can hold creativity back.
Our aim is to build an inclusive membership community where creatives of all skill levels can access workshops, mentoring, and support to develop both their creative abilities and sustainable creative businesses. Combining practical guidance with insights from business psychology, research, and real-world experience, I help creatives turn their passions into long-term projects.
As the community grows, we plan to bring together specialists across different creative disciplines, creating opportunities for members to learn from experienced professionals while connecting with others who share the same drive to create.
This project exists to make creativity more accessible, supportive, and empowering — because creative growth happens when people have the right environment to thrive.
